Gender Roles and Awe

I'd like to take a moment to talk about my favorite topic. Sexuality!

So I'm actually a really, really big mysogonist. Which is funny, because I'm a girl! It's not that I hate women, or think they are inferior at all even. I just in general like men a lot better than women and not just in a sexual way.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how when I was a kid, I saw a lot of depictions of femininity on TV. Gender shit.

The man is depicted as dominant. He overpowers the woman. He is in charge. Or is he?

Like in the show I Dream of Jeannie. This particular show has very strong sexual connotations, even though there is no actual sex. There's a funny relationship here, where Major Nelson is the master. So he's in charge of Jeannie. But, Jeannie has magical powers! So who's in charge here? Who's really in charge here? This is actually kind of like a metaphor or something for sexuality and gender shit right here.

Which is superior? Femininity or masculinity? First off, men and women are equal. I am not arguing that at all. But, even though I prefer men over women, romantically and friendship-wise, Femininity is far superior to masculinity.

Men have dominance, in a way. A certain type of meaningless, unvirtuous dominance. Physical dominance. A very primitive sort of dominance. Femininity is actually way, way more sacred and holy. It's elusive and mysterious. It's way more valuable.

Men are in awe of this. Though, they are not actually jealous. And in a way, this concept is kind of similar to the Freudian idea of penis envy. I was making fun of this on my blog earlier. Women don't want to have a penis. God no! It's actually kind of funny in a way because men are so obsessed with their own penis that they think wow a woman must be jealous of this awesome powerful thing I have because the man himself is so fucking proud of it! And women say, hahahaha! That's your own masculine ego talking, it's really not as wonderful as you yourself think it is! But women do like that kind of thing though, so in a way it goes both ways. Women are in awe of the man's physical power, but men are in awe of the sacred, holy aspect of femininity. However, most people, MOST PEOPLE, obviously the ones who aren't are the transexual people, most people are wrapped up in living out the sex that they are and they aren't really jealous of the other gender. But, there is that feeling of awe.

So this goes both ways here. But, really, truly, I think femininity is better. Women carry children. That's really what it comes down to. And the whole idea of creating life in this way mysterious and beautiful and powerful, and in general more important than anything a man does.

So what women are taught is, they have the power. Really, they do. So naturally, the man wants to overpower the woman, and it is a demonstration of his feelings of being in awe over the woman's sacred magical thing that she has. And the man wants the woman to submit, to show that she is in awe over the man's physical prowess.

Anyway. Anyway. I like men better than women. BUT... I thought about it, and I realized, I think there is an elite group of women which is superior to all men and everyone else. Women who have the masculine spark. And I believe I am one of these women.

The Root of Evil: When Sex Goes Awry

So I'd like to take a moment to discuss how sex leads to evil.

Before you say, sex isn't evil! Let me explain. No, sex in itself isn't evil. But evil is created when sex goes awry.

So first off, what is evil? Evil is exreme hatred, disregard for other people, or pleasure derived from the misery of other people.

Sexual arousal is an emotion unlike other emotions. The reason it is unlike other emotions is because there is a greater range of variation in situations that trigger sexual arousal from person to person.

There is slight variation in other emotions, like sense of humor. Different people laugh at slightly different things. But sexual arousal is different. One only needs to google the word "fetish" or "sexual deviation" to find the great variety of odd things that people find sexually stimulating.

Some people think sexuality refers to sexual orientation. Sexual orientation is only a small part of sexuality. Sexuality is huge.

Sexuality develops early in life. The media influences your child's sexuality. From an early age, young girls and boys are bombarded with images of femininity and masculinity. These images and the child's response to these images become a part of the child's sexuality. That is why you better be careful what you let your kids watch on TV. Little kids are like super, massively absorbent sponges.

If a kid is sexually stimulated early in life, this will affect the child's sexuality. The moment will become ingrained in the child and be the basis for what the child finds sexually arousing.

And this is how... SEX GOES AWRY!

It all starts when a child is touched inappropriately by a pervert of some sort. When a child is touched inappropriately, THEY DON'T LIKE IT! They experience massive distress. But if their genitals are stimulated, they become sexually aroused. So what happens is, they come to associate things that generate the emotion they were experiencing, distress and revulsion, with sexual pleasure.

So when these children grow up, an orgasm means something different to them than it means for the average person. An orgasm isn't something that results from a happy situation, nor is it triggered by things that are aesthetically appealing. An orgasm is a coping mechanism that happens when they are faced with situations that evoke a certain type of distress.

The thing is, the orgasm creates more pleasure than the distress creates pain. So as a result, this person begins seeking out these situations that create this kind of distress.

And in their mind, the line between the victim and the perpetrator becomes blurred. It is still the same situation. Which is why people who were molested as kids grow up to be child molesters. These people seek to recreate the situation that originally created so much revulsion and distress in them.

Or they might not become child molesters. They might become sexually fucked up in some other way. They might not be interested in children, but nevertheless a seed was planted. A seed that makes them associate sex with something vile.

When children are molested, they do not like it! But they may get sexual pleasure from it. It was horrible, and disgusting, and made them gag and want to scream and die, but it felt good. And so the line between these two things becomes blurred.

There may be other ways this line becomes blurred, other than child molestation. Child molestation is just the most obvious one.

So once the line is blurred, it is up to the victim to keep the evil at bay. The person may be weak, and put sexual pleasure before other people. And when they act on their urge to do evil, they plant evil in others, through molesting children. Or they may unleash evil in some other form. This may be an allegory for something else.

Sex leads to evil because it is an easy way that pain and horror becomes linked with pleasure.

That is why God encourages sexual discipline and restraint. Because He knows that it is a crappy mechanism and that if people were go just give into their sexual desires, all hell would break loose.

I know about these things, because these are things that are obvious to me, but I'm not sure if they are obvious to other people.

My Teachings On Sexuality

So I've been ruminating more than usual for the past few days. One of the things I was thinking about is sexuality, and how for some reason, I just seem to understand sexuality better than other people. I often find myself thinking this.

For example, one time I was reading an article in a magazine about a girl whose neighbor secretly filmed her while she was changing and stuff. At the end of the article, she said that if you want to see girls naked, buy porn, don't film your neighbor. Now, for the record, I'm no voyeur. But I was reading this and thinking, "well duh... the thing that is attractive about voyeurism to voyeurs is the idea that whomever they are watching doesn't know they are being watched." It's just common sense, man.

So anyway, I find that as a society we are still unfortunately stuck on trying to accept people who are gay. But the truth is, no one chooses their sexuality and what they are into. But they have a choice in what activities they partake in.

But back to to homosexuality. The truth is, biologically, the purpose of sex is reproduction. Obviously! It does this in two ways: the more obvious way is that it makes women pregnant, the less obvious way is that it strengthens the bond between the parents who are raising the kid. But, for whatever reason, some people are gay. There are some people on this planet who seem to think the Earth is dangerously underpopulated, so we need everyone to be straight to churn out enough kids.

Gay people are lucky in away, compared to some people, in that they can still have satisfying sexual relationships without hurting anyone. Some people are attracted to children. This is not a choice. It's not their fault. Why would anyone want to be attracted to children? But if you are a pedophile, you just have to accept that you are never going to have a satisfying sex life. It's like having a disability. Same goes for people who want to have sex with animals.

And, I know that being attracted to things like sex with children or sex with animals seems wrong. I'm not saying it isn't wrong. That's exactly why it is attractive to some people, it's the wrong factor of it. It's a mistake in the way they are wired. At least, that's how I see it.

The way I see it, gay people are probably born that way. Actually, I heard once that there is a gene that gay people commonly have, but some straight people have it too and it appears to be due to environmental factors whether or not that gene is expressed. People with sexual deviations probably developed that way, it could be due to sexual abuse when they are young or something else. People can be aroused due to sensory input, usually visual, or they can be aroused due to emotions. With gay people, my theory is, it has more to do with how they react to sensory input. With people with sexual deviation, it is how they react to certain emotions. Most people respond at least a bit to both, I think. People respond to certain facial expressions, if they remind them of an orgasm face, and this is actually an emotional reaction. See, I used to read about sexual deviations on the internet. I learned about the sneezing fetish. At first the idea of a sneezing fetish didn't make any sense to me. Then I read the article about it, and it has to do with the fact that people make a weird face when they momentarily lose control and it can remind people of an orgasm. The desire to rape people is emotional, because they are turned on by the sense of power they get over another person. People can also be turned on by things that seem wrong, like I already mentioned, or things that seem completely gross. For whatever reason, they are just wired that way.

This concludes my teachings for today on sexuality.
